Landon's surgery went very well. He was not excited to be at the Pediatric Surgery Center, but after some 'loopy juice' he calmed down and went with the nurses willingly. After surgery he was very upset and unconsoleable coming off the anesthesia, so I thought we were in for a long evening, but he calmed down after being home for a while and now he is actually doing a puzzle and eating some cereal.
His voice sounds different and he is struggling just a little bit with talking. He just has to relearn how to breath through his nose and speak a little different than he has been used to doing. But his doctor assured us that this would only last a week or two at most.
So he is breathing through his nose and hearing quite well! God is good!

Wonderful! I'm so glad it went well. I'm sure he will be back to himself again soon!
I am so glad you all got through that alright. That would be a hard thing for me to see happen to either of our girls. I hope he continues to do better. We've been thinking about him!
